Saturday Sweats is an 8-week outdoor group fitness experience designed for adults who want to challenge themselves, improve their conditioning, and get stronger this summer.
GET READY TO level up
Every Saturday, we'll take on a high-energy workout featuring cardio, calisthenics, bodyweight strength training, and conditioning drills. Training outdoors in the Texas summer isn't easy—and that's the point. The heat becomes part of the challenge, helping you build physical endurance, mental toughness, and confidence.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, increase your energy levels, or simply stay active, Saturday Sweats provides a supportive environment where all fitness levels are welcome.
